- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official conference secretariat email.
- Refunds will be processed strictly according to the conference timeline and initiated only after the completion of the conference.
- GST and bank transaction charges are non-refundable in all cases.
- No refunds will be granted for no-shows or early departures.
